For product returns or inquiries, please contact us at info@natrabliss.com. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label. Please note that soap bars are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund.

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please report the issue directly to your postal carrier by filing a claim.
