You may return products with physical defects such as a crack in a container (candles). You must return the defective product to Natrabliss within 7 days for a full refund. The dislike of a particular fragrance is not considered a defective product. Soap bars are non-refundable.
The shipping costs for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend all bath and body products to be used within one year after opening. For best results, store your products in a cool and dark place when not in use. Natrabliss takes great care of your products during the packaging process. We package them so they are fully protected from damage. If damage occurs during shipping, Natrabliss cannot be held responsible. Please contact your postal carrier with shipment damage inquiries and to report a claim. We are also not responsible for any import tariffs or fees, these are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that your postal carrier may want to inspect your damaged product in order to process your claim. You must notify us of any cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. We begin processing your order almost immediately once it enters our system. We strive hard to make our customers happy. Our products and our customer service need to have the utmost quality and we will always work with you to try and make you a happy customer.
Returns are to be shipped back in the exact condition you received them. The product must still be new. Once contacting Natrabliss, we will provide a return delivery address. We are not responsible for your package if it is shipped back uninsured and credit will not be issued. Refunds may take up to one month to show up on your statement.
Natrabliss products are hand-made and hand-labeled and we begin manufacturing your products as soon as we receive your order. Please give us approximately 1.5 weeks to ship out your orders. Smaller orders and stocked items may arrive sooner. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the products’ freshness and quality. Please note that orders may take a little longer to arrive during the Holiday Seasons (Oct. – Dec.), so please place your orders in advance. If you need your products by a certain date, please inform us and we will try to meet your needs.
Natrabliss is not responsible for any products lost in shipping. Once your order has shipped we will keep a tracking number in order to track your order. We never charge any handling fees. Your shipping fee is calculated at USPS once your package is ready to ship. We normally charge less than the amount it will actually cost to ship. By placing an order with Natrabliss you are agreeing to the terms in this policy. Please note that if you are a NJ resident, you will be charged a 7% tax on your entire order.
Limitation of Liability
Natrabliss will not be held liable for damages that may result from the use (or inability to use) the materials on our site. Remember that safety is the key when burning your candles and it is your responsibility to use them properly. Your purchase from Natrabliss automatically acknowledges your acceptance of the aforementioned policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natrabliss, it’s suppliers and employees from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney fees, resulting from any violation of the terms and conditions listed on our site or any activity related to your account (including misconduct by you or any other party using your Internet account).
We do not share your information with other vendors. The information you provide us will be solely used for order processing and our mailing list if you indicate interest in being part of the list.
