Please contact us directly with regards to any product returns or questions: email@example.com. You must return the defective product to Natrabliss, LLC within 7 days from receiving the return shipping label. Soap bars are non-refundable once used. We will refund the full price of the product as soon as we receive your return.
If damage occurs to your products during shipping, please contact your postal carrier directly, with shipment damage inquiries, and report the claim.
Natrabliss products are prepared as soon as we receive your order. Please give us approximately 5 business days to ship out your orders. Smaller orders and stocked items may arrive sooner. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the products’ freshness and quality. Please note that orders may take a little longer to arrive during the Holiday Seasons (Oct – Dec), so please place your orders in advance. Orders may also be delayed due to the COVID pandemic, as shipping routes have been affected.
We do not share your information with other vendors. The information you provide us will be solely used for order processing and our mailing list.

We provide secure check out with payments made via the PayPal servers and WIX payment platform.
Please note that if you are a NJ resident, you will be charged a sales tax on your entire order at time of payment.
